Welcome

Founded in 2019 by Teis and Christel, accompanied by their two children, Ferme le Pavillon is a small boutique hotel with a restaurant nestled in the heart of Provence. Designed as a haven of peace where time slows down, it reflects their love of design, nature, gastronomy and the Provençal art of living. After several years of hard work renovating, imagining and developing this unique place, Teis and Christel decided to hand over the reins to a passionate team trustfully supported from Denmark. Carefully selected, this team now continues their vision: to offer each guest a sincere, generous and soothing experience. Open from March to the end of October, Ferme le Pavillon continues to shine in the same spirit: that of a place crafted with heart, where the beauty of Provence, design and the good life come together in perfect harmony.

We want your stay at Ferme le Pavillon to be a soothing and sensory experience, where every detail invites you to slow down and savour the moment. Each space has been designed as a whole: the colours, light and space blend naturally, harmoniously combining the old and the contemporary to create calm and inspiration. The main house has four double bedrooms, recently renovated in a simple yet refined style. Nearby, the Bergerie offers two large family rooms, one located near the swimming pool and one in the garden.

Kitchen Philosophy

At the heart of Ferme le Pavillon, our gourmet restaurant offers a journey for the senses, between the golden light of Provence and the refined soul of the North. Each dish celebrates the land, the season and the craft of cooking. In a cuisine where simplicity becomes art and where each flavour reveals a sincere emotion. At lunchtime, the menu is inspired by the market and the moment, for a convivial and spontaneous experience, marked by freshness and generosity. At dinner, make way for a multi-course menu, a true gastronomic experience, where creativity is expressed with finesse and brilliance, in a subtle dialogue between nature, ingredients and emotion. Here, the generosity of the South meets Scandinavian elegance, in a luminous harmony between design, flavours and art de vivre.
