Room details

Room One is a light and spacious room placed on the first floor of the main house. It is South turned and enjoys warm sunlight and a magnificent view of the pool and the green hills behind. It is decorated in light, soft colors. The room has a kingsize bed and a big bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The room has air condition.

We can make two separate beds if asked for.

We can also put up an additional bed or a baby cot if needed.

Booking 

The minimum stay is 3 nights in summer, 2 nights in Spring and Autumn. 

Breakfast is included in all room prices. 

An extra bed and breakfast is 45€ per night.

Check-in between 3 PM and 5 PM. 

Check-out 11 AM. 

 

Payment and cancellation policy 

You pay 50% upon reservation and the other 50% 30 days prior to arrival. 

You loose your 50% deposit if you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival. You loose the full amount if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival.

We are a small place hence the strict cancellation policy. We will do our best to accommodate your needs if you wish to change a reservation within the present year.

Le petit déjeuner est inclus dans tous les prix des chambres.

Un lit supplémentaire avec petit déjeuner est à 45€ par nuit.

L’enregistrement s’effectue entre 15h et 17h.

Le départ est à 11 heures.

Vous payez 50% à la réservation et les autres 50% 30 jours avant l’arrivée.

Vous perdez votre acompte de 50% si vous annulez plus de 30 jours avant l’arrivée. Vous perdez le montant total si vous annulez moins de 30 jours avant l’arrivée.

Nous sommes un petit endroit d’où la politique d’annulation stricte. Nous ferons de notre mieux pour répondre à vos besoins si vous souhaitez modifier une réservation.
