Kitchen Philosophy
When the Light of the South Meets the Soul of the North
At Ferme Le Pavillon, every meal is more than a moment — it’s an experience, suspended between the warmth of the South and the clarity of the North.
Our gastronomic restaurant celebrates this encounter: the golden light of Provence blending with the Nordic sense of purity, where simplicity becomes art and nature inspires every gesture.
Guided by the seasons, our cuisine is alive, sincere, and deeply connected to the rhythm of the land.
We work hand in hand with local farmers and artisans, whose produce — fresh, authentic, and responsibly grown — gives each dish its soul.
At lunch, the menu embraces a convivial, sunlit spirit, inspired by the daily market and the joy of sharing.
At dinner, the atmosphere turns more intimate and refined — a multi-course tasting menu unfolds, revealing delicate contrasts, luminous flavors, and a touch of Northern elegance.
For our half-board guests, the experience becomes complete — a culinary journey from morning to night, where every plate tells a new story of the Pavillon.
Here, everything is designed to awaken the senses, honor the seasons, and celebrate the timeless art of dining.
